Development Engineering, Inc. is a land development consulting company that was established in 1991 by David H. Blevins, P.E. David is an alumni of Elon College and North Carolina State University and has been a registered professional engineer in the state of North Carolina since 1985. Development Engineering, Inc. provides land planning and consulting engineering services for commercial and residential projects.

Our office is located in North Raleigh, a convenient location with easy access from the I-440 Beltline and the I-540 Northern Wake Expressway.
